Torn between worlds when picking the right sauce before the dinner is served? Mushroom sauce will help finding the answer!
As I recently have some time, I was browsing on the web the other day. Looking to find new, stirring tips, inspiring dishes that I have never tried before, to delight my family with. Hunting for quite some time yet couldn’t discover any interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I ran across this scrumptious and easy dessert by chance over Suncakemom. The dessert looked so delightful on its pic, that called for quick action.
It absolutely was not difficult to imagine just how it is created, how it tastes and how much my hubby is going to love it. Mind you, it is very easy to please the guy when it comes to desserts. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or maybe he is.Anyhow, I visited the site and then followed the detailed instuctions that had been accompanied by nice photos of the method. It just makes life much simpler. I can imagine that it’s a bit of a hassle to take snap shots down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you may normally have sticky hands and so i seriously appreciate the time and effort she devote for making this blogpost and recipe easily implemented.
With that said I’m inspired presenting my very own recipes in a similar fashion. Many thanks for the idea.
I had been fine tuning the main recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to tell you it turned out a terrific outcome. They enjoyed the flavour, the thickness and loved having a delicacy such as this in the middle of a hectic week. They basically requested even more, many more. Hence next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I’m gonna multiply the volume .

Slice mushrooms.
Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.
Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)
Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
