Oatmeal cookies with raisins

Looking for a healthy snack that’s even good to be a meal? Oatmeal cookies aren’t just for fun but can nourish our mind and body!

As I most recently have some time, I was browsing on the internet yesterday. On the lookout for new, fascinating ideas, inspiring recipes that We have never tested before, to amaze my family with. Looking for a while unfortunately couldn’t find any interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I found this delightful and simple dessert by chance. It seemed so scrumptious on its pic, it called for fast actions.

It was easy to imagine just how it is made, its taste and just how much my hubby will love it. Actually, it is extremely simple to keep happy the guy in terms of treats. Anyhow, I got into the blog: Suncakemom and used the precise instuctions that were coupled with nice snap shots of the procedure. It really makes life less difficult. I can imagine that it’s a slight inconvenience to take photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen because you ordinarily have sticky hands so that i sincerely appreciate the effort and time she put in to make this post and recipe easily implemented.

I was fine tuning the initial mixture create it for the taste of my family. Need to mention it absolutely was a terrific outcome. They loved the flavour, the thickness and loved getting a treat like this during a lively week. They ultimately wanted lots more, more and more. So the next occasion I am not going to commit the same mistake. I’m going to double the amount .

We can use oats as they are but to make a less edgy smoother cookies we can ground them into flour.

Pour oat or oat flour into a bowl. Add bananas and the butter in too.

Put egg, honey and baking powder into the bowl, too. Work the dough together until we get an even mixture.

Use a spoon to place little lumps on the tray then flatten lumps into cookie form with the back of the spoon.

Slice strawberries or any other fruit then place the slices on top of each cookie. Strawberries will shrink and change color in the oven to the extent we won’t win any visual award with them.

Put tray into the preheated 356°F / 180°C oven for 15 minutes to bake. Take the cookies out when they are golden brown.
