Coconut balls recipe

Looking for a party hit that quick to make yet highly acclaimed? These coconut balls will never disappoint even if they are sugar free!

As I recently have some time, I was searching on the internet the other day. On the lookout for fresh, challenging ideas, inspirational dishes that I have never tasted before, to impress my family with. Looking for a long time but could not come across lots of interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I ran across this scrumptious and simple treat simply by chance. It seemed so yummy on its photo, that called for rapid actions.

It absolutely was not difficult to imagine how it’s created, how it tastes and how much my hubby might want it. Actually, it is quite simple to impress the man when it comes to desserts. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I went to the webpage: Suncakemom and simply followed the comprehensive instuctions that have been coupled with impressive images of the task. It just makes life much easier. I can suppose it is a slight effort to shoot photos in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you may usually have gross hands thus i pretty appreciate the time and energy she put in for making this blogpost and recipe conveniently followed.

That being said I am empowered presenting my personal recipe in a similar fashion. Thanks for the concept.

I was tweaking the original recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I can tell you it was a terrific success. They prized the flavour, the thickness and enjoyed getting a sweet such as this in the middle of a stressful workweek. They basically wanted even more, a lot more. So next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am gonna double the amount to keep them pleased.

Many Thanks to SunCakeMom for the tasty Coconut balls.

Put graham crackers into a mixing bowl and crush them. We can use many other baked goods instead of the crackers. Failed sponge cakes are especially good at this!

Soften butter so we will be able to work with it easier. If butter is hard we can’t mix it well with the crushed crackers.

Add softened butter, cocoa powder, black cherry jam, cherries and berry juice into the bowl too. Mix and dough it until there is a smooth, even dollop.

Get a little amount of the mixture and form walnut size balls out of it. Roll it into the coconut flakes. Make sure the whole ball is covered.

Pop them in the fridge for half an hour.
