Salsa verde

Are the possibilities for sauces ever expanding as the universe? Salsa verde is just one of the sauces that will always show something new the more we look.

As I most recently have some time, I had been searching on the web last week. In need of new, challenging tips, inspiring dishes that We have never used before, to surprise my family with. Hunting for a long time unfortunately couldn’t come across lots of interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I found this delicious and easy treat by chance. It looked so yummy on its photos, that called for instant actions.

It had been simple enough to imagine how it’s made, its taste and just how much boyfriend might like it. Mind you, it is rather easy to impress him when it comes to puddings. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or maybe he is.Anyway, I got into the page: Suncakemom and followed the step by step instuctions that have been accompanied by wonderful photos of the process. It just makes life faster and easier. I could suppose it is a slight inconvenience to shoot pics down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you may usually have sticky hands therefore i really appreciate the hard work she devote to make this blogpost and recipe easily followed.

That being said I am empowered presenting my personal recipes in a similar fashion. Many thanks the thought.

I was fine tuning the main mixture to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I can mention it turned out a great outcome. They loved the flavor, the consistency and enjoyed having a delicacy such as this during a busy workweek. They basically wanted lots more, a lot more. So the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am going to twin the quantity .

Salsa Verde recipe inspired by SunCakeMom.

Roast the tomatillos and jalapeƱos in a preheated 400°F / 200°C oven until golden brown spots start to appear, for about 15 minutes. Remove the skin of the jalapeƱos.

The hardest part of this recipe is to decide what’s going to be in our Salsa Verde, once we have made up our mind, just place all of the ingredients into a food processor and give it a whirl.

Don’t forget to put some acid like lemon, lime or simple vinegar with a touch of salt.

If the sauce seems too thick , add more olive oil to it and it is done.

Put it in the fridge until served.
