Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Parfait is such a delight that we can’t only enjoy them as a dessert. Whip up a healthy, delicious, yet hassle free yogurt parfait any time of the day.

As I most recently have a little time, I had been searching on the web the other day. Looking for fresh, interesting ideas, inspirational meals that I have never used before, to surprise my family with. Searching for quite some time but couldn’t find any interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I found this delightful and simple dessert by chance. It seemed so delicious on its pic, it required quick action.

It was not difficult to imagine how it is created, its taste and how much my hubby is going to want it. Actually, it is very simple to please the man in terms of puddings. Anyway, I went to the page: Suncakemom and then used the comprehensive instuctions that have been combined with nice photographs of the method. It really makes life faster and easier. I could suppose it is a slight inconvenience to take photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen because you normally have sticky hands so I highly appreciate the commitment she put in to make this post .

With that said I’m inspired to present my own, personal formulas similarly. Many thanks for the thought.

I was tweaking the initial mixture create it for the taste of my family. I have to tell you it had been a great success. They loved the taste, the thickness and enjoyed having a treat like this in the midst of a hectic workweek. They basically asked for more, more and more. So the next time I am not going to commit the same miscalculation. I’m likely to twin the amount to make them pleased.

This yogurt pafait recipe recipe is from SunCakeMom.

Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.

Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It’s an optional step that can be completely left out.

Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.

Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Optionally, make a bigger batch in the oven essentially creating keto granola.

Make the layers with yogurt, berries of choice and the roasted nuts.
