Keto – Low Carb Wrap Recipe

Looking for a way to hide all that vegetables or just a practical way to gobble up everything at one go? With a low carb wrap everything is possible!

As I most recently have some time, I had been surfing on the internet a few days ago. Looking for new, challenging thoughts, inspiring dishes that We have never used before, to surprise my loved ones with. Searching for a while unfortunately couldn’t come across any interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this tempting and simple treat by chance. It seemed so tempting

on its image, that required rapid actions.

It was not so difficult to imagine how it is created, its taste and just how much boyfriend might enjoy it. Mind you, it is rather simple to keep happy him when it comes to treats. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I got into the site: Suncakemom and used the simple instuctions which were combined with wonderful photos of the method. It really makes life faster and easier. I can suppose it is a slight hassle to take pics in the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you most often have gross hands so that i highly appreciate the time and effort she put in to make this post .

With that in mind I am encouraged to present my own recipe in a similar way. Many thanks for the idea.

I had been fine tuning the initial mixture create it for the taste of my family. I can say it turned out an awesome success. They loved the flavour, the structure and loved getting a treat like this during a hectic week. They quite simply wanted more, a lot more. So next time I’m not going to make the same miscalculation. I am going to twin the amount .

Put coconut flour, egg whites and baking powder into a medium size mixing-bowl.

Gradually add the water and oil while combining everything together. We are looking for a runny, watery consistency that can spread around the frying pan easily.

Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium to high heat.

Brush it with oil or use a non-stick spray. This step is highly recommended and a crepe frying can come handy too.

Tilt the pan to one side then pour a ladle of batter on the top side.

When it reaches the bottom, tilt the pan around so the batter can run around and cover the whole pan. We shouldn’t worry about left out parts but in case we are, then simply spoon some batter there too.

Cook it for 1 -3 minutes until the bottom gets a golden brown color. Bubbles on the surface can indicate the need of flipping the wrap but sometimes there are none, so check the time and the bottom of it.

Flip it over with a spatula. The sides may need a bit of loosing up before we are able to lift the wrap up as they tend to stick to the pan.

Cook the other side until the golden brown spots start to appear for about 1 -2 minutes.

Place them onto a cooling rack to cool down.
