Chocolate coconut cake – Mounds cake – Bounty cake

Mounds or Bounty? Doesn’t matter where we are in the world! This moist chocolate and coconut cake will remind us what we love in those chocolate bars!

The interesting thing is that Bounty made by an American manufacturer Mars is not marketed and sold in the US except by some import stores. Otherwise it’s a well-known brand and favorite in many overseas countries whereas Mounds is pretty much unheard of.
